What exactly is a telecom audit? A telecom audit is an analysis of your company’s current and historical telecom and technology invoices and contracts in order to find billing errors, i.e. contract violations , improperly applied taxes, duplicate services, unclaimed exemptions,  etc. Our telecom audit will result in credits and wired or wireless recoveries that are returned to your company. In many cases during the telecom audit we are able to obtain these wired or wireless refunds back to the date the service was established with the Service Provider , or at least as far as the statute of limitations will allow in your state.
